Our community was founded with the aim of helping and caring for construction workers across Tucson.

As builders of the future, we are proud to serve our local community and contribute towards its wellbeing.

So, this is not something that should simply stop with the bricks and mortar. We wanted to do something to help look after the people behind the cement and asphalt – so in 1999, a group of us took it upon ourselves to form this friendly community.

We provide news, information, help, advice and support, for everyone in or connected with the construction industry.

Our site is a resource that can be accessed by all – there are no membership or club fees for using it. Here, you can find out about the latest health and safety updates, all the legal requirements needed and discover what training opportunities there exist in Tucson and the surrounding area.

We have built up a valuable databank of articles and blog posts, which give tips and pointers to our readers on matters which are important to them professionally.

If something is happening in the Tucson area, then we are going to know about it first and we want to make sure you hear about it straight away!

However, it is not all work, work, work. We are also here to provide a release and the chance to let your hair down at the end of a hard day’s graft.

We arrange regular monthly meet ups and social events for all construction workers – past and present – to come to.

There is no charge for these events, just like there is no charge for our website.

However, we do ask our community to be as generous as possible and donate to our funds, to help others less fortunate than themselves.

Because as well as provide information and social opportunities, we also administer a small number of grants to individuals in need.

These are discretionary payments made to, usually, older community members, who face severe hardship.

We hope you will give generously and also, hope to see you at one of our social events in 2018!
